Visited The Cycle Agents to fix a problem with my bike. Service was great and they fixed a problem that other bike shops in Hitchin said would “require a magician.” Very fast turnover. The store is very cool, with some very nice bikes.

Not only is one of my bikes now better suited to my riding style (Alex suggested some inexpensive modifications to the drive train), but they both look and feel refreshed, thanks to the thorough service and fastidious cleaning. Alex gave me confidence that my crash-damaged bike was fixed and made safer than ever. I hadn't ridden for a year or more after my crash, but now I'm back on both of my bikes and loving it. TCA have applied some of the best parts of a premium car dealership to their bike shop, which gives it a welcoming and professional feeling that other bike shops struggle to match. Having seen some. Comparison sites , I became aware of Gocycle’s. I already owned a MIRIDER but whilst I was immensely impressed by its capabilities I have to confess to not particularly enjoying the overall experience other than it allowed me to go out in the company of my cycling mates. I had previously been involved in a serious road traffic accident on one of my bikes leading to me being unable to mount a full size one. Hence the MIRIDER. However having seen the GOCYCLE I was immensely impressed with its overall appearance, I particularly liked the wheels without the normal spokes and the 20 inch as oppposed to the 16 inch on the Mirider together with its very clean lines. My next task was to find a GOCYCLE dealer.I am amazed at how difficult it was ! I somehow discovered Simon and Alex from TCA CYCLES. Thank goodness ! They were both most helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I went for a test ride as was immediately taken aback by everything the bike had to offer, so much so that I ordered a white one and was able to pick it it within 2 days from my test ride. It is now a few weeks since my purchase and I look forward to every ride. The variety of choices I could make to the set up of the bike meant I could choose exactly what I wanted. I have no regrets at all re my purchase and continue to be impressed by the service I receive from Simon, Alex and TCA Cycles

As an occasional cyclist with little knowledge of cycle maintenance I found their service to friendly, helpful and efficient.

Absolutely lovely shop. Super friendly and inviting, really knowledgeable and provide amazing customer service. Took my bike in for some repairs and general service etc and Alex has done an amazing job, rides like brand new again and I trust it will stay that way with Alex looking after it! Strongly recommend heading here if you're in Hitchin and in need of a bike, repairs, service, anything really! I know I won't be using anywhere else from now on!

I cannot talk more highly of Simon nor the team at TCA. I recently purchased a Thok TK01, Alex was very knowledgable about everything to do with bikes and is a real credit to TCA, he was also able to repair a wheel for my "vintage" mtb that others had said was not possible so that tells me they're not in the game to swindle people or make a quick buck. The deal that Simon put together was too good to refuse and I've throughly enjoyed the Thok every moment I can get out on it. My partner also purchased a car from TCA and she felt that they looked after her incredibly well. When I'm due for my next motor, I'll be talking to Simon without doubt. All in all, I don't think you'll find anywhere better for automobiles, bikes or cycles! There's also more happening at TCA, be sure to talk to Simon about the membership they now offer and his vision for the business, it's inspired.
